Loyal Print has incorporated two state-of-the-art machines for the production of decks of cards in 2024. It is a first machine for the mixing and cutting of the decks, and a second machine for the automatic packing of the deck inside the box. Thanks to both, we are able to improve the productivity and quality of a product as characteristic as this one, which requires extensive technical knowledge to make the mixing wanted by the customer. With this new deck production line, our production capacity is increased and so we are able to reach 50,000 decks produced per day.
Loyal Print currently manufactures decks of cards for large publishers both in Spain and Europe so with these improvements, we intend to provide our customers with a better production service, quality and delivery timings.
