(“LOYAL PRINT” or the “Company”) through this website, as well as the information gathered from your relationship with the Company and use of our services, will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality in accordance with current personal data protection regulations and the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the nature of your contact with LOYAL PRINT, the legal basis may vary:
• We consider that LOYAL PRINT has a legitimate interest in properly responding to suggestions, inquiries, or requests you may submit, understanding that, under no circumstances, are your rights and/or freedoms affected or harmed by the fact that we are responding to a request initiated by you.

- Recording and monitoring of images captured by video surveillance cameras located on the Company’s premises, for the purpose of safeguarding property and facilities, as well as for business control purposes.
• The lawfulness of processing images captured by video surveillance cameras for business control purposes, following a proper balancing of your rights as the data subject and those of LOYAL PRINT as the data controller, is considered to derive from the Company’s legitimate interest in implementing deterrent measures against misconduct and in detecting legal and contractual breaches committed by its employees.
• The lawfulness of processing images captured by video surveillance cameras for security purposes will be based on the existence of a public interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
- Receipt of résumés and, where applicable, management of your participation in the selection processes carried out by LOYAL PRINT during the stages of receipt, evaluation, and follow-up of your application.
• The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data for this purpose is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, understood as the employment contract. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the application of such pre-contractual measures, with the intention of entering into a contract.
5. Retention period of personal data
Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, ensuring that their processing is appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve those purposes.

Likewise, LOYAL PRINT may share your personal data with service providers, expressly designated as data processors, with whom the Company contracts or may contract, so that they may carry out certain tasks under LOYAL PRINT’s instructions and never for their own purposes, such as:

• Entities responsible for the maintenance of the video surveillance system.
We take this opportunity to inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of Article 28.3 of the General Data Protection Regulation, the relationship with the various data processors is duly regulated through the signing of the corresponding data processing agreement.
Additionally, we inform you that no international data transfers are currently foreseen. Should such transfers occur, LOYAL PRINT will use the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission as a safeguard for transfers to countries that do not have an adequacy decision by the Commission. In any case, the third parties with whom certain personal data may be shared will have previously demonstrated the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure proper protection of the data.
7. Privacy rights
You may request, at any time, access to your personal data, as well as correction, objection, deletion, restriction, and portability in the cases and to the extent established by the applicable regulations at any given time. Additionally, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, when applicable, and, if relevant, to withdraw your consent at any time without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

8. Security in the processing, it process, and data custody
The Company declares and guarantees that it maintains personal data protection security levels in accordance with current legislation. To this end, it has established a Personal Data Protection Management System to determine and implement the technical and organizational measures within its reach to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data provided by the data subjects, without prejudice to informing that security measures on the Internet are not impenetrable.
9. Changes to the privacy policy
